Main Apartments

The first project Dane and Ryan embarked on was an abandoned hotel in Livingston Montana called The Main Hotel. The Main Hotel was built in 1938 and had been deemed uninhabitable for years. After months of due diligence, Ryan and Dane pulled the trigger on the opportunity to renovate a staple landmark in Livingston. A year later the hotel was converted into 23 apartments that provide workforce housing and is currently known as The Main Apartments.
