The Laundromat

The Livingston Laundromat was purchased in July 2022. Phase 1 of updates were completed in December 2022 with new machines, signage, paint and updated fixtures. Phase 2 will entail a buildout on each side of the building adding two additional commercial leases. More updated photos and details to come!
